Recette polonaise

Today, I was the guest of Justyna. She explained me how to do a polish receipe.

You need:

1 big cabbage - minced porc meat - onion - rice - paprika - 1 egg

How to make it?

First, you must mixe the meat with the cooked rice with the onion and the egg and paprika.










You must remove the core of the cabbage before putting it in  boiled water.
After 30 minutes, you can try to remove the cabbage's sheets.

You must cut the veines to have a soft sheet.

When the cabbage is cooked, you must stuffe the cabbage with the meat.






The difficulty is to fold the sheet to form a container.
When the sheets are all folded, you must put them in a saucepan with a little water. Let cook during 1 hour ou 1 hour and half.

You can make sauce begining like a bechamel with butter, flour and cream. Add crushed tomatoes.
